Materials

• A White t-shirt in your size
• Pebeo Setacolor paint - opaque
shimmer gold • Pebbles stencils accents
• Small stiff stencil brush
• Scrap heavy cardboard
• Fabric scrap or rag
• Iron

Step 1

Insert the cardboard into the t-shirt, centre the t-shirt on the board and smooth out any wrinkles.

Step 2

Gently shake the paint then open the lid. Use the small amount of paint in the lid so as not to overload the brush. Repeat the process when the paint in the lid runs out.

Step 3

Position the stencil on the t-shirt and hold it in place firmly with one hand then paint through the stencil in a stabbing motion with the other hand. Gently remove the stencil wiping any excess paint from the stencil onto the rag.

Step 4

Line up the stencil with the first image and repeat until the desired effect is achieved.

Step 5

Heat set on the wrong side using an iron on cotton setting.
