Iced Decoration - such as hearts or stars on a wire
or Iced Cupcakes - Step 1
- Rainbow Dust is a non-toxic decorators glitter that shines with amazing glitter properties. It won't absorb into the food product you are jazzing up so it means you can create amazing effects.

- Step 2
- Take the iced decoration you want to add some sparkle to. I use it often to add some sparkle to the iced hearts, stars or numbers you put on wire to poke out of a cake. Pass the item through the steam of a boiling kettle so that it is slightly damp, but not saturated.
- Step 3
- Then sprinkle or flick the sparkle dust onto the decoration depending on how thick you want the application to be. To flick, I use a dry paint brush that you "dip" into the pot until the bristles are covered. Then flick it with your fingers to release the sparkle.

- Step 4
- If you want to add some sparkle to your cupcakes or cakes, using the dry application, dip a dry paintbrush into the pot until the bristles are covered. Then using your fingers flick the rainbow dust over your icing.

- Step 5
- What it looks like in store.
