Materials

• Kaisercraft dream journal
• Kaisercraft plush empress papers
• Fiskars rain dots
• Kaisercraft self-adhesive rhinestones
• fancy threads & rickrack
• black permanent marker
• double-sided tape
• craft knife & cutting mat
• pencil
• scissors
• sandpaper

Step 1

To remove any rough edges, gently sand around all the letters. Place each journal page face down on the wrong side of the paper of your choice. Trace around the journal page and then cut out using scissors. Cut the centre from the letters D, R and A using the craft knife. Attach the papers to each page using the double-sided tape.

Step 2

Very carefully draw around the edges of the letters on each page using the black permanent marker as this will make the word pop out a little more. Embellish the letters with the self-adhesive rhinestones and rain dots.

Step 3

Tie the pages together with fancy threads but not so tight that the pages don’t open easily. Use the pages to record important messages and add photos etc.
