Materials

- 6 x 100g balls ‘Moda Vera’ Cardellino
- 8.00mm crochet hook
- Scissors
- Yarn needle
- Tape measure

Abbreviations
ch = chain
dc = double crochet
lp = loop
st/s = stitch/es
yoh = yarn over hook

Special Abbreviations
fdc = foundation row worked in dc = 2ch, pull up lp in 1st ch, * yoh, pull through 1 lp [ch made], yoh, pull through both lps [dc made], pull up lp in ch made, and repeat from* for each foundation st required.

exdc (extended dc) = pull up lp in next st, yoh, pull through one lp, yoh, pull through both lps.

Step 1

Cast on 82 fdc. Row 1: 1ch, 1exdc in 1st st and every st to end, turn (82 exdc).

Step 2

row 1 forms pattern; repeat row 1 x 69 times. Fasten off.

Step 3

To finish
Fold piece in half, left to right, turn sideways with the fold at the top. Skip 17 sts down the side from the fold, (to create the armhole) then sew front and back together using a whip stitch over the remaining 23 dc.

Step 4

repeat for other side then sew in all ends.
