- Materials
- • 50cm square of lace fabric
• large noodle bowl (to use as mould)
• Craft Smart fabric stiffener
• paint brush
• small bowl or container for fabric stiffener
• cling wrap
• scissors - Step 1
- Trim lace fabric to fit around outside of bowl but allowing for ends to tuck inside bowl slightly.

- Step 2
- Cover the outside of bowl (mould) with cling wrap tucking the excess inside bowl.

- Step 3
- Cover your work table with a piece of cling wrap, slightly larger than the piece of lace fabric. Lay lace fabric on top on cling wrap right side down.

- Step 4
- Generously apply fabric stiffener with paint brush to wrong side of lace fabric making sure the entire surface is covered. Place the cling wrap covered bowl in the middle of lace fabric then pull the lace up around the sides and tuck the excess lace inside bowl.

- Step 5
- Paint the entire outside of the lace that is around the bowl generously with fabric stiffener. Adjust lace fabric so any gathers in lace fabric are evenly placed around the rim of the bowl. Place the bowl rim side down and allow to dry for 24 hours or until completely dry.

- Step 6
- To remove bowl, gently prise the excess lace fabric up out of the bowl and using sharp scissors cut away the excess around the rim of bowl.
