Kids Christmas Table - Mini Lolly Cones

Materials

Weave cardstock - lime, crimson & spinach
American Crafts 'Craft Fair' scrapbook paper - Edith Fitzbolt
Bella Epoxy Brads - Happy Holiday
Double-sided tape
Fiskars fingertip control craft knife or craft knife
Cutting mat & ruler
Paper trimmer
Pencil
Scissors

Step 1

Cut paper into 20cm squares. Place cut paper on the diagonal, wrong side up and run double-sided tape along bottom left edge stopping 3cm from bottom corner.

Step 2

Bring right corner over to centre, push down and slightly crease at bottom corner.

Peel backing off double-sided tape and wrap left corner over the top of right side to create a cone shape, pressing down on tape to secure.

Step 3

Turn cone over, fold up the bottom point and secure with double-sided tape.

Cut a 2.5cm wide strip of contrasting coloured weave cardstock 24cm long.

Wrap strip around the cone and secure with mounting tape.

Make a small slit through to the inside of the cone where the strip overlaps at the front of the cone.

Push a brad through to the inside of cone and secure by splitting the pins.
