- Step 1
- Pin right side of opened-out bias strip to wrong side of work, with raw edges even.

- Step 2
- Stitch along first crease in bias.

- Step 3
- Fold bias up and to wrong side over cut fabric edges and pin in place. Topstitch bias in place.

- Note
- Packaged poly cotton bias binding is available in 12mm, 25mm and 50mm widths in a wide range of colours. Satin bias binding is available by the metre in 12mm 20mm and 25mm widths in a large range of colours.
