Step 1

Fold strands in half to make a loop and insert crochet hook through first stitch from wrong side of work.

Step 2

Use hook to pull the loop through the stitch and remove hook.

Step 3

Use hook to pull ends through the loop.

Step 4

Remove hook and pull ends firmly. Trim ends to make fringe even if desired.
