Materials

• 1-2mm round leather thong
• assorted beads
• crimps
• jewellery pliers
• scissors
• tape measure or ruler

Step 1

Cut a 40cm length of round thong, thread on a crimp and squash 6cm from one end. Thread on a selection of beads and add another crimp. Trim any excess thong.

Step 2

Attach a crimp 6cm from the other end, thread on a selection of beads and finish with another crimp. Trim off any excess thong.

Variations

To attach a charm at the beginning of the bookmark loop the thong through the charm and secure the loop with a crimp. Thread on selection of beads and finish with another crimp.
