double-sided tape - Step 1
- Place 30cm vinyl square and 30cm faux suede square right sides together and sew using a 1cm seam allowance. Clip corners.
- Step 2
- Carefully make a 13cm long diagonal cut in the centre of the faux suede fabric only. Use this cut to turn fabric the right side out, and push out corners.

- Step 3
- Topstitch along all edges 5mm from the edge using a long stitch and white topstitching thread.
Note: Use your sewing machine to practice on scraps to obtain correct tension before topstitching. - Step 4
- Measure 5cm in from each corner, pinch corners together and sew vertically together using matching brown sewing thread.

- Step 5
- Stick wadding (pellon) to cardboard square.
- Step 6
- Place the 23cm square of faux suede right side down with cardboard on top, wadding side down, in the centre of fabric.

- Step 7
- Fold edges of faux suede up and around cardboard, firmly and tightly and stick to back of cardboard square.
- Step 8
- Place covered cardboard padded side up into top of caddy.

- Handy Hint
- Make with a single square of leather and join using studs at the corners.
