- • papier mâché box
• folk art paint - ballet pink
• hot glue gun & glue sticks
• pearl trim - pink
• paint brush
• scissors - Step 1
- Paint the outside of the trinket box and the lid then set aside to dry. When the paint has dried, attach the pearl trim to the box lid using the hot glue gun. Start in the centre of the lid and work your way out to the edge of the top of the lid and cut the trim.
Now glue the trim around the side of the lid in separate rounds to keep it neat.
