Materials

• styrofoam mannequin head
• scrap papers in the same colour tones
• pva glue
• brush
• water pot
• shallow container for glue

Step 1

Tear papers into small pieces approximately 2cm x 2cm.

Step 2

In the shallow container mix some pva glue and a little water, add just a few drops to allow the glue to flow a little better. Mix with the brush.

Step 3

Glue the torn papers all over the head in a random fashion until the entire head is covered, overlapping in some places. Apply glue over the top of the papers as well to secure all edges.

Handy Hint

To add a hint of colour paint with a watery translucent wash.
